Meatball.jpg
Meatball15 viewsMeatball, 7, had his initial neck issue in November 2022. Our vet made it seem like our only option was surgery and we felt so helpless. I found Dodgerslist and learned so much about his condition. After 8 weeks of crate rest and a weight loss diet, Meatball is 100% pain free and on the road to recovery. Cant thank the team enough. 00000

Rio37 viewsBefore this we knew nothing of IVDD. Fast forward 7 weeks later, after spinal surgery and a very difficult several weeks, Rio is proof that dogs can live a very happy and healthy life full of joy. She is walking well using all legs and her progress seems to be getting better rapidly in the last week or two. While she was stage 5 and the vet gave us a 50/50% change of any sort of recovery, now she may make a full recovery. Thank you for all your support it was very helpful when things were tough00000

31 viewsThis is Denise's Cody. He is 4.5 weeks post op. He had a ruptured disc at L4/L5 and lost use of his back legs. He has been released by his Neurosurgeon with restrictions on how long he can walk, he's allowed out of the cage with full supervision but he is doing amazing. We are so thankful. 00000

Hank_Augie2021_.jpg
9 viewsHank says Augie's recovery is going great. He is on NO restrictions post-op graduating. I still keep an eye on him. Augie was able to walk after surgery and 6 days in the icu (wobble at first}. He had no bowel problems, and walked on his own 1 week after coming home. No PT other than walks. The doc used no staples just stitches that melted away {large incision 7in on back}, cleared up very quickly. From what I read Augie and I are so very lucky....do know there is light at the end of the tunnel.00000

4 viewsThis is Oliver Garcia he is 15. We are going on 7 weeks post op. He is currently doing rehab, laser, swimming, treadmill and acupuncture. He isn’t walking on his own just yet but he is a lot stronger than he was. We have been best friends since he was 8 weeks. Until he is walking momma will have him looking cute on his stroller walks. Everyone stares at him cause he looks healthy and def not 15. I say let’s give them something to stare at❤️ with classy sunglasses!
